Ashley Ugolini, MA, BSN, RN, LPC

Ashley combines her expertise as both a therapist and a nurse to help individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges. She earned her first bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and became a Licensed Addictions Counselor at Minot State University in North Dakota. She launched her career by facilitating individual and group therapy for adolescents in a residential substance abuse facility, then transitioned to a correctional setting, providing structured substance use treatment.

After returning to Michigan, Ashley delivered outpatient therapy as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor while earning her master’s degree in professional counseling. Recognizing the deep connection between mind and body, she began practicing yoga and meditation daily. Her passion for holistic healing inspired her to pursue a second bachelor’s degree in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University.

Ashley has since contributed her skills in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and partial hospitalization programs. She actively helps clients understand and strengthen the mind-body connection, using a compassionate, integrated approach in both her therapy and nursing practices.
