PAM FEINBERG-RIVKIN RN, BSN, CCM, CRRN
Co-Owner, Pam Feinberg-Rivkin, is a Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN), Certified Health Coach, Certified Daring Way Facilitator, and Interventionist – Emeritus. Pam currently holds nursing licenses in Michigan, California, and also holds the multi-state compact licensure (38 states, Guam,& U.S. Virgin Islands). Since becoming a Registered Nurse in 1977, Pam has worked in various areas of health care, including surgical, trauma/catastrophic injuries (specializing in brain and spinal cord injury), substance use disorder, mental health illnesses, aging needs, and acquired, and developmental disabilities.
Pam also founded and is a co-owner of Feinberg Consulting. Inc. since 1996, as an Independent Case Management Organization. She built a strong team of multidisciplinary behavioral, and medical professionals, as well as created a mentorship program that strengthened the team, ensuring the highest quality of services are provided to each client served. In 2016, with the direction of Pam and her team of professionals, Feinberg Consulting, Inc. became Joint Commission Accredited for Behavioral Health, becoming the only case management organization in the country to receive this accreditation.
Through continued commitment to finding solutions and resources for mental health and substance use disorder in Michigan, Pam became a partner in River’s Bend West, creating individual and group therapy with Intensive Outpatient programming for mental health and substance use disorder.
My passion for being an owner of these companies specializing in mental health and substance use is both personal and professional. I love witnessing the hope and transformation families experience and guiding them into new possibilities for themselves and their family’s lives. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, my 4 adult children, and my grandchildren. I also love reading, learning, yoga, meditation, horses, travel, golfing with my husband, spending time with friends, and walking and hanging out with my beautiful toy golden doodle, Bella.
