PAM FEINBERG-RIVKIN RN, BSN, CCM, CRRN

Pam Feinberg-Rivkin, Co-Owner of River’s Bend West, brings over 40 years of healthcare experience and a strong dedication to supporting individuals and families through mental health and substance use recovery. She is a Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN), Certified Health Coach, Certified Daring Way Facilitator, and Interventionist–Emeritus. Pam also holds nursing licenses in Michigan, California, and 38 compact states, as well as Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Since becoming an RN in 1977, Pam has worked in many areas of healthcare. These include surgical and trauma care, brain and spinal cord injuries, substance use disorder, mental health, aging, and developmental disabilities. Her broad experience has shaped her mission-driven approach to care.

In 1996, she founded Feinberg Consulting, Inc., an independent case management organization. Since then, she has built a multidisciplinary team of behavioral and medical professionals. To support the growth and quality of care, she also created a mentorship program. As a result, Feinberg Consulting became the first case management company in the U.S. to earn Joint Commission Accreditation for Behavioral Health in 2016.

Because of her commitment to expanding access to integrated care, Pam later became a partner in River’s Bend West. There, she helped develop individual and group therapy services, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for mental health and substance use.

Pam’s passion is both personal and professional. She feels honored to witness the transformation families experience when they receive the support they need. In her free time, Pam enjoys being with her husband, four adult children, and grandchildren. She also finds joy in reading, yoga, meditation, traveling, horseback riding, golfing with her husband, spending time with friends, and walking her toy golden doodle, Bella.
