Zubair (“Z”) is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 12 years of experience in nursing. He has worked with teens, young adults, and older adults, and specializes in treating Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, Social Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Generalized Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Stress Management. Z takes on multiple roles—mental health advocate, guide, provider, and educator—always focused on empowering his clients.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health from Wayne State University in 2021. Z believes that no single treatment works for everyone and emphasizes the importance of individualized care. He begins with a thorough evaluation and uses strong listening skills and real-time connection to create a collaborative, team-based approach to treatment.

Z encourages thinking outside the box and often uses a multimodal strategy to support healing. His goal is to treat the whole person—mind, body, and soul.
