At River’s Bend, we know that clients in crisis, or having serious mental health or substance use issues, need careful evaluation and consideration to determine what level of care is needed.

As an independent agency without large system affiliations, River’s Bend clinicians can determine the most appropriate level of care based on the safety concerns and medical needs of their clients, rather than the directives of a larger system. Clients are placed where they can receive the most suitable care – and that may mean placement outside our agency.

As our client, you can be assured that we will complete your level of care evaluation with your needs and concerns in mind and accurately place you at the level of care most beneficial to your well-being. We will also work with other local providers to ensure the continuity of care you require.
